THE CREATION OF THE MOSAICS IS LIKE A TOTALLY HANDMADE AND HAUTE COUTURE SUIT. Its highly qualified staff is what distinguishes Friul Mosaic: its craftspersons have all been trained at the Mosaic Craftsman School in Spilimbergo. Following the design project, the mosaic is shaped on paper through the indirect technique whereas each tessera is glued upside down on pieces of paper that will be recomposed on site like a puzzle.
