On Vitaliano, WWTS online program, media business plans with their respective deadlines are registered and already printed advertising pages in PDF - format as well as editorials are published, thus making it possible to constantly display the information results obtained through the advertising investment planned at the beginning of each year. Furthermore, the inserted data are useful to sales points: they can in fact create their own reports about furniture producing partners that can be shown to final customers.


With the aim of consolidating an increasingly popular and appreciated corporate image, the Marketing & Communications Office also manages public relations activities that are finalized at bringing the Agency, the represented companies and customers closer. Many, in fact, are the events - exhibitions, presentations of new products, new showrooms openings, special corporate events, such as for example Russki Dom venue and a special After Milan Exhibition tour - Post Fiera - for which press folders are drawn up and in which typical Italian food and wine are offered.


Each year WWTS leads about 70 people to touch the value of Italian craftsmanship. As a matter of fact, WWTS offers the opportunity to live a first hand experience of the Made in Italy with a journey which from Milan, via Brianza, Tuscany, Trentino and Veneto, comes up to Udine in Friuli, through the visit to companies symbol of Italian craftsmanship. With this trip you may become aware of the great work of production that conceals behind every piece of furniture, which taken care of to the detail, guarantees the typically Italian excellent quality.


This is the corporate magazine dedicated to the design innovations inherent in the companies represented by WWTS. In addition to presenting new collections or products, the magazine features interviews with internationally renowned designers, business managers and furniture dealers active in the representation territories. Wide also the reportage of events organized by WWTS in Italy and around the world. This semiannual magazine has a circulation of 3000 copies in Russian and 1500 copies in English.

PR E Communication

The Marketing & Communications Office is the core center for processing information and news coming from Italian companies, news that are later spread to the communication centers throughout the territories. The Pr staff handles relationships with the media, especially with the press, where Italian companies and WWTS and annually invest in advertising. In addition to supporting the organization in the drafting of advertising pages, the PR staff deals with information, particularly off-line information, distributing press releases, editorials, articles and press folders to local and national newspapers and magazines and to specialized and sector magazines. Because of the growing advertising overload, the choice to present one’s image and brand through an extensive information campaign rather than sole advertising has become a fundamental and necessary aspect to which WWTS is giving special attention.


It is called CASA WWTS, (originally RUSSKI DOM an Italian version of Russkij Dom or Russia House) and its aim is to host visitors, arriving in Milan for the yearly Salone del mobile Milan Furniture Exhibition, from all the countries where WWTS operates. The intent is to offer hospitality and fun, a venue where to meet after a day spent among the large number of stands at the exhibition and where it is possible to eat pasta and ham and to drink a glass of good wine while listening to live Italian music. WWTS is proud of this event which gathers together the Italian producers’ directors, managers and employees and WWTS’s customers, who can meet there and spend pleasant evenings together.

Calendar Contest

The Calendar Contest is aimed at all dealers who collaborate with WWTS and intends to reward the best interior photography taken in the showroom. The best photos are included in WWTS's business calendar with a 2000-copy distribution. You can vote for the most beautiful photo on the WWTS facebook page and the prize winners will be held during the CASA WWTS event in Milan.
